Thank you for your consideration in ordering and making a thoughtful purchasing decision!
Our products may take a bit longer to reach you because they are custom-made by hand on demand especially for you. If you’re concerned about waste or carbon footprints, making products on demand helps the environment and reduces overproduction.
Number of days it normally takes: 1-2 to process Credit Card + 1-3 to make + 4-6 shipping and remote delivery may take longer.
All sales are final, we cannot accept cancelations, returns, exchanges, or refunds because these are custom made by hand on demand, exclusively for you. Please understand this also includes sales items and gift cards.
Regarding faulty goods our quality control department takes great pride in making sure everything is correct before we ship but in the rare case that something slips through, let us know.
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and email us if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. So, we can evaluate the situation and make it right.

Send: 1) clear explanation 2) multiple photos 3) name - phone - email 4) receipt and order number.
10 days to make a claim, any claims for misprinted, damaged, defective items must be submitted within 10 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 10 days after the estimated delivery date. Please note: if the product is used or worn, we will not be able to process this request.
- Do not mail items back, contact a member of our team first to determine if you might need to mail the item back for inspection.
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know the results. Please email if 15 days have passed and you didn’t hear back.
