Order Processing
All products are made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 5–8 business days after payment is confirmed. During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Once fulfilled, standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days. Expedited options may be available at checkout depending on your location.
International Shipping
We ship internationally. Delivery times vary by destination but generally range from 7–21 business days after fulfillment. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country — these are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our pricing.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Digital Products
Audiobooks and other digital products are delivered electronically and are available immediately upon purchase confirmation. No shipping applies.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at luxury@belalvear.com. We'll work with Printful to investigate and resolve the issue.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
